Also pronounced paˀalyáwat. iƛ̓ɨ́x̣ʷaˀuyiša palyáwatpa ‘he is guessing first in the stick game’; palyáwatpa iƛ̓úna ‘he guessed right in the stick game’; miimá palyáwat ‘the traditional stick-game (where they bet shawls, horses, etc., not money)’.
